一 工程概况
工程名称：山东某电动车厂废水处理工程
工程性质： 工业废水处理工程
工程范围：污水处理站1米内的所有内容，包括设备的供货、安装、指导调试。不包括从车间或其他地方引到污水处理站的给排水管道工程、电气工程、热力工程、消防工程等公用工程以及污水站的土建工程。
二 原水水质、水量
1 原水水量：废水水量200m³/d；每小时处理水量为10m³/h;

主要设计参数
（1） 进水格栅和固液分离机 设一道细格栅，栅条间隙5mm。固液分离机采用转筒式，带自动冲洗装置。分离出固体废弃物可以同生活垃圾一同处理。
（2） 集水井和调节池 集水井设有2台潜污泵提升废水进入调节池。调节池内设有提升泵组，将废水提升进入UASB反应器。调节池HRT=8h，有效容积1170m³，结构尺寸22.0m×12.0m×5.0m。
（3）
UASB反应器 有机负荷5.5kgCOD/(m³•d),有效容积1580m³，数量2座，单池尺寸Ø13.75m×5.65m，有效水深5.3m。设计去除效率COD85%、BOD85%、SS50%。
生产工艺及水质
废水主要来源有：糖化车间的糖化、过滤洗涤水；发酵过程的发酵罐洗涤、过滤洗涤水；灌装过程洗瓶、灭菌及破瓶啤酒；冷却水和成品车间洗涤水等。
设计进水水质为：COD＝2500mg/L, BOD＝1800mg/L,
SS＝400mg/L。
由于处理后的出水量最终排放的去向是城市污水管道，因此执行《污水综合排放标准》（GB8978-1996）中的一级（新扩改）标准，即：COD＜100mg/L, BOD＜20mg/L, SS＜20mg/L。
