该技术主要用于城镇和乡村的生活污水领域，采用污水处理厂广泛使用的AAO工艺+MBBR生物填料技术相结合，在有效去除COD的同时，具备脱氮除磷功能，并将厌氧池、缺氧池和好氧池以及沉淀池结合一体，充分利用压缩空气能源的一体化装置。系统主要由反应器罐体、生物填料、曝气系统、除菌装置及全自动控制系统组成。利用各个腔体的特殊结构，实现微动力原理，节省电能，少产污泥，达到生活污水处理的目的。
