浇注料简介
浇注料又称耐火浇注料，是一种由耐火物料加入一定量结合剂制成的粒状和粉状材料，具有较高流动性，以浇注方式成型的不定形耐火材料。浇注料是目前生产与使用最为广泛的一种不定型耐火材料，用于构筑各种加热炉内衬的整体构筑物，可用于冶炼炉。如铝酸盐水泥浇注料可广泛用于各种加热炉和其他无渣、无酸碱侵蚀的热工设备中。在受铁水、钢水和熔渣侵蚀而工作温度又较高的部位，如出钢槽、盛钢桶和高炉炉身、出铁沟等，可使用由低钙和纯净的高铝水泥结合的由含氧化铝较高而烧结良好的优质粒状和粉状料治成的浇注料。
