POFI 3080系列视频检测仪是特力公司最新研发的升级版高科技产品，使 EDM及CNC等数显机床更高效的实现2D在线测量。

本款产品为铝合金一体化设计，采用7寸显示屏以及1080P高清镜头。放大倍数可达50倍，显示更清晰，可视精度±0.003mm。十字标线可手动旋转，更自带红外线功能，方便寻找参考中心点，标线颜色共有5种（白色，红色，绿色，蓝色，黑色）可根据不同的工件选择不同的标线颜色，防止反光而影响检测精度，同时也可测量角度，以15分角度为单元。对焦距离50-60mm，出厂前已校正中心点。本产品不自带数显，主要是配合本身机床上的自带数显实现在线测量，避免2次出错。

本款产品可根据客户机台有四款接口可选： EROWA接口，3R接口，多功能接口以及磁铁接口，满足不同客户的需求。自带充电功能，充电满后不必带线可持续使用4小时，操作更方便、快捷。

This product is aluminum alloy integrated design, using 7-inch display and 1080P HD lenses. Due to magnifier’s multiples up to 50 times so it showing more clearly, the visual accuracy is ± 0.003mm. Not only the cross mark line can be manually rotated, but also the detector comes with infrared function, it convenience to find the reference center, a total of 5 kinds of marking colors (white, red, green, blue, black) can be selected according to different workpiece to choose marking color, it avoid light reflective and affect the detection accuracy, At the same time,it can measure the angle, to 15 points as a unit. Focus distance is 50-60mm and the factory has been corrected center point. This product doesn't t bring their own digital display, mainly paired machine itself with digital display to achieve online measurement, to avoid make mistakes again.

This product according to the clients’s machine table has four optional interfaces: EROWA interface, 3R interface, multi-function interface and magnet interface, to meet different customer needs. Detector comes with charging, not need to line when the detector charge full power and it sustainable use of 4 hours.

标线使用方法

按键说明

正角度旋转按键：每按一次标线会顺时针旋转15 ′

Positive angle rotation keys:Each press of the mark line will rotate 15° clockwise

负角度旋转按键：每按一次标线会逆时针旋转15 ′

Negative angle rotation keys:Each press of the mark line will rotates 15°Counterclockwise

标线变色键：标线颜色共有五种颜色（绿色，红色，蓝色，黑色，白色），每按一次换一种颜色

Marking line Change colors keys:There are five colors (green, red, blue, black and white) of the marking color. Each press changes one color

曝光键+：增加曝光度

Exposure key +: Increase the exposure

曝光键 -：降低曝光度

Exposure key -: Reduce the exposure

开关机键：按一次开机；长按4-5秒松手后关机

Switch keys: press once boot; after long press 4-5 seconds boots

使用方法

Step1:按一次开关键开机

Step1：Press the ON / OFF key to power on

Step2:打开红外线灯光，移动到合适的位置后关闭

Step2：Open the infrared light, move to the appropriate location before open/close the switch

Step3:打开LED灯，调节合适的灯光

Step3：Turn on the LED light and adjust the appropriate lighting

Step4:根据工件的不同调节角度以及曝光度，选择合适颜色的标线，使工件达到最佳显示效果进行测量

Step4: According to the different workpiece adjustment angle and exposure, select the appropriate color of the mark line, let the workpiece to achieve the best measurement results of display.

Step5:测量完毕长按开关机键4-5秒后松手关机

Step5: After the measurement is finished, press and hold the power key for 4-5 seconds to turn down the power
