*特性：优良的耐磨耐腐蚀、极好的抛光性、淬透性好，热处理尺寸稳定

* ST004系列螺杆配合BK3、BK7料管

*适用注塑：PC白色、PC透明、PMMA、PEAK、PSV、PS、PE等粘度大、流动性差的物料

*材质：进口不锈钢

*整体硬度：HRC50  -55  

*热处理：真空淬火（预热温度600-850℃）

奥氏体化温度：1020-1050℃（通常选择1020-1030℃）

*The overrall hardness:HRC50?  -55?  

*Heat treatment:vacuum quenching (preheating temperature:600-850℃).

*O's temperature:1020-1050℃(usually 1020-1030℃).
