XCHC-2600精密珩齿机
珩齿机是利用珩磨轮其齿间的相对滑移速度和压力来进行珩齿的一种齿面精加工方法。由于珩齿时珩磨轮可以较大的面积与工件相接触,珩磨轮和工件之间相对速度和压强都较磨削时低,其切削表面的温度也随之降低。因此珩齿在批量生产中能获得比磨削更高的精度稳定性,表面粗糙度和无应力破坏的表面,随着高性能磨料及自动珩齿机床的发展,珩齿机的应用领域也将获得更大的扩展。
