一、适用范围: 本机适用于检验成品鞋和鞋底(片)的常温耐折性能,其原理是将成鞋或鞋底安装在耐折试验机上,以一定角度一定频率进行曲绕试验,测量鞋底和围条在一定曲绕次数后裂纹(口)和开胶长度,并观察鞋帮的变化,符合 GB/T3903.1技术依据。

This tester machine is used to test the flexing resistance of finish shoe and soles at room temperature. The principle is install the finished shoes or sole into the machine, then flexing at a certain angle and frequency, finally measuring the cracking measuring the cracking degree and tackless length, also observe the upper change. It has intelligent power failure recovery.

*传动采用机械偏心轴承方式，无须添加润滑油，维护简单，噪音低。

*夹具采用特殊设计：

   上夹具：采用线性直线导轨，可适应特殊大码、小码鞋的夹持；

   下夹具：通过变换不同定位孔，可以适应不同高、低鞋头夹持要求，锁紧装置采用外置式旋转方式，方便适用。
