水滴型锤片粉碎机 （Hammer Mill）

水滴形锤片式粉碎机是以高工作性能和低维护成本为原则设计，具有 适用范围广、粉碎能力强及运转平稳等特点。粉碎室采用水滴形结构，在底部设 有再粉碎室，使粉碎效果大为提高。弹簧涨紧式筛板支架使筛板拆换更为快捷可靠，同时可适应不同厚度的无焊接筛板。

With design principal of high working performances and low maintenance costs, MFSP-series Hammer Mill is constructed to grind material of wide range with optimal results and minimum vibrations. The grinding efficiency is highly improved by adoption of water drop-shaped grinding chamber and a regrinding chamber at bottom. The spring clamp system ensures a quick and safe changing of non-welding screens.

Double-Rotor Hammer Mill can be broken all kinds of granular and flake organic feed ingredients, such as corn, sorghum, wheat and crushed cake; crushed pepper in food; smaller wood dust and the non-oil materials. The rotor is adopted the large diameter, high line speed and co-rotating double rotors, it is doubling the crushing speed, and without blocking to crush the fine material. The capacity is 30% higher than the other traditional Hammer Mill.
