CHJ-D全自动餐盒成型机是我公司自主研发的一款机械式成型方式的餐盒成型设备。适用于单PE和双PE淋膜纸张。通过自动送纸、热压成型（粘合餐盒的四角）、成品出料、自动收集等连续工序，用于生产单格的一次性纸质餐盒、外卖打包盒、食品纸托。相较于气动方式的设备，此设备具有无需用气，降低生产成本，提高生产速度，高稳定性等特点
CHJ-D PAPER LUNCH BOX FORMING MACHINE(MECHANICAL is an ideal choice which adopts mechanical driving system to produce lunch box,takeaway box,noodle pail,and food trays.These operations of Paper feeding,heating and forming,finished product pulled out,collecting are controlled by PLC and Mechanical system to guarantee the stable working,reduce the cost of production,and increase the speed.
