煤质柱状活性炭简介
煤质柱状活性炭是精选煤炭为原料、以煤油为粘合剂、经磨粉、混配、挤压成形、炭化、活化而成的圆柱形活性炭。煤质柱状活性炭比表面积大、孔隙发达、强度高、吸附能力强、化学稳定性好、可广泛应用于化工、制药、食品等各种气体的有害有毒及微生物净化过滤、对低氟点的苯类、醇类、四氯化碳、三氯甲烷等有害气体有很好的吸附作用，并可得到回收。

煤质柱状活性炭用途
1、气体处理
废气处理活性炭选用优质太西煤、晋煤为原料经破碎、炭化、活化、精制等严格的工艺加工而成。具有比表面积大、孔隙结构发达、孔公布合理、吸附能力强、颗粒公布均匀、耐磨强度大等特点。用于化工原料气体，化工合成气体，制药工业气体，饮料用二氧化碳气体及氢气，氮气、氯气、氯化氢、乙烃、乙烷、裂化气、惰性气体等的净化及原子设施排气等的净化。也用于脱除空气中的污染物，以及混合气体的分离提纯。
2、污水处理
污水处理用活性炭选用优质煤为原料，经破碎、炭化、活化、精制等工艺而成。空隙结构合理，能有效净化生活污水、化工污水。
3、脱硫脱硝
脱硫脱硝产品，为圆柱状颗粒，外观为暗黑色，全部采用优质炭原料并添加一定比例粘合剂，助催化剂。经精选、配比、粉碎、成型、干燥、炭化、活化和深加工而成。具有活性高、孔隙率大，硫容量大、脱硫效率高，机械强度高。耐水性好、气体阻力小、易于再生，高压的作用下不易破碎等特点。该产品主要用于各种沼气、水煤气、半水煤气、焦炉气、天然气、二氧化碳气、城市煤气、合成氨工艺气、化工原料气等气体中H2S的脱除。
4、溶剂回收
溶剂回收处理活性炭，采用优质天然煤为原料，采用物理活化法精制而成，为黑色颗粒状，无毒无味，孔隙发达，三类孔分布合理，具有较强吸附能力。在较宽的浓度范围内对大多数有机溶剂蒸气有较多的吸附能力，广泛适用于苯、醚、二甲苯、乙醇、丙酮、汽油、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳等有机溶剂回收。
5、制氮机/空分设备
制氮机PSA专用活性炭，选用优精质煤为原料，经破碎、磨粉、混捏、成型、炭化及活化等工序制成，具有机械强度高、形状规整、粒度均匀、比表面积大及表面粉尘少的特点，且大孔、中孔、微孔、数量适当，吸附速度快及床层阻力小。适用于氮、氩、氦、一氧化碳、二氧化碳等惰性气体的直接脱氧，广泛用于氮气提纯设备及空分制氮设备，也特别适用于变压吸附制氮的后级纯化及吸油。

Use of coal - based columnar activated carbon
1. Gas treatment

It has high activity, large porosity, high sulfur capacity, high desulphurization efficiency and high mechanical strength. It has the characteristics of good water resistance, small gas resistance and easy regeneration, and it is not easy to break under the effect of high pressure. The product is mainly used for removing H2S from various biogas, water gas, semi water gas, coke oven gas, natural gas, carbon dioxide gas, city gas, synthetic ammonia process gas, chemical raw material gas and other gases.
4, solvent recovery
Solvent recovery and treatment of activated carbon, using high quality natural coal as raw material, is made by physical activation method. It is black granular, non-toxic, tasteless and porous. Three kinds of pores are distributed reasonably and have strong adsorption capacity. It has more adsorption capacity for most organic solvent vapors in wide concentration range, and is widely applied to recover organic solvents such as benzene, ether, xylene, ethanol, acetone, gasoline, trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride.
