The 1BJ series Middle-duty Disc Harrow's front gangs are assembled with scalloped disc, and rear gangs with plain disc. The harrows are adopted a whole frame made of quadrangular steel tubes by welding, So their structures are simple and reasonable, strong and durable. Their processes are perfect. The bearing is ball bearing with sphere-outside and square-inside, its rated load is large, trailing resistance is small, sealing is good. They're convenient to operate and maintain. The 1BJXseries Disc Harrow are suitable for pulverized and loosening clods on sticky heavy clay soil after ploughing and for planning the land before sowing.
