All the parts that come into contact with the medium are structural ceramic materials. their chemical stability and hardness are extremely high ( rockwell hardness HRC 90 ), second only to diamond. therefore, the valve has extremely high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, good heat insulation performance and small thermal expansion.

The high-performance wear-resistant ceramic ball body is manufactured by adopting advanced grinding equipment and processes, and the grinding of valve balls and valve seats has completely changed the shortcomings of metal hard seal ball valves, such as easy leakage, large torque, and corrosion resistance of sealing surfaces, etc.
