v 电渣预熔渣
v Premelting electroslag
电渣重熔是一种利用液态熔渣所产生的电阻热将金属自耗电极熔化、精炼并在结晶器中凝固成型的工艺。电渣钢具有金属纯净、组织致密、成分均匀、表面光洁、性能优异等诸多优点,电渣重熔技术从产生至今,一直是生产特种材料的重要手段。
ESR is a process using resistance heat generated by liquid slag to melt metal consumable electrode, refining and solidification forming in the crystallizer. Electroslag steel has metal purity, compact structure, composition uniformity, smooth surface, excellent performance, and many other advantages. ESR technology has been an important means to produce specialty materials from its generation to now.
渣料是电渣冶金领域必不可少的一种重要原料,在电渣冶金中发挥着发热、精炼及钢锭成型等重要作用,所使用的渣料质量直接影响着最终产品的质量。渣料主要成分为CaF2、CaO、MgO、Al2O3、SiO2、TiO2等,原料来源于萤石、石灰、镁砂、工业氧化铝、石英砂、钛白粉等。国内对渣料大多一次成渣,而国外则大量使用预熔渣进行电渣生产,取得了很好的效果。
Slags materials are important raw materials to the electroslag metallurgy field, which play an important role in electroslag metallurgy such as fever, refining and ingot molding. The slag materials affect the quality of the final products directly. Main components of the slag materials are CaF2,CaO,MgO,Al2O3,SiO2,TiO2,etc,and their raw materials come from fluorite, lime, magnesia, commercial alumina, quartz sand, titanium dioxide, etc. Mostly one-time slagging is common in domestic, While premelting slag is used for electroslag production extensively at abroad.
典型的预熔渣成分为:40F/25/3/25/7:40%CaF2、25%CaO、3%MgO、25%Al2O3、7%SiO2,其他余量控制:≤0.15%H2O、≤0.3FeO、≤0.05%C、≤0.005%P、≤0.03%S。半球温度1233℃,1500℃粘度为0.0359Pa·s。
The composition of typical premelting slag is 40F/25/3/25/7:40%CaF2, 25%CaO, 3%MgO, 25%Al2O3, 7%SiO2, and other allowance is controlled, ≤0.15%H2O, ≤0.3FeO, ≤0.05%C, ≤0.005%P, ≤0.03%S. Hemispherical temperature is 1233℃, and the viscosity in 1500℃ is 0.0359Pa·s.
由于渣中水分含量极低,同时对于容易引起钢锭质量问题的FeO、P、S及Bi等杂质含量进行了严格控制,产品质量稳定。公司主要生产二元渣系、三元渣系、四元渣系、五元渣系、同时又可分为以下型号:

Because the moisture content in the slag is very low,meanwhile impurity that easily causes steel ingot quality problems such as FeO, P, S, Bi is strictly controlled, product quality is stable. v 预熔型精炼渣
v Premelting refining slag
是一种使用在精炼炉上的冶金辅料,成份是由CaO、Al2O3和铝钒土电熔而成的。精炼渣的基础渣一般多选CaO-SiO2- Al2O3系三元相图的低熔点位置的渣系。基础渣最重要的作用是控制渣的碱度,而渣的碱度对精炼过程的脱氧脱硫均有较大影响。碱度提高可使钢中平衡氧降低。
The slag is a kind of metallurgical materials used in refining furnace, which is fused by CaO,Al2O3, and bauxite. The slag series of low melting point in the ternary phase diagram of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 are generally selected as the basis slag of the refining slag. The most important role of basic slag is to control the basicity of slag, which have great influence on the deoxygenation and desulfurization in the refining process. Basicity raising can reduce the balance of oxygen in steel.
精炼渣可以利用白渣(不加脱氧剂)精炼,达到降低钢中氧、硫和夹杂物含量的目的;也可以在钢中加入脱氧剂,如铝粒、Si-Fe、RE等,提高渣的精炼能力;熔渣碱度和氧化性是熔渣的重要指标。熔渣的碱度表示它去除钢液中硫、磷的能力,同时保证炉渣对钢包炉衬的化学侵蚀性最低。本产品可分为:烧结型和电熔型。
Refining slag can use white slag (without deoxidizer) for refining to reduce the oxygen, sulfur and inclusion content in steel. Deoxidizer can be added into steel to improve the refining capacity of the slag such as aluminium particles, Si-Fe, RE, etc.
