桦正牌发泡级聚苯乙烯

是由SM（苯乙烯单体）以悬浮聚合反应，加入发泡剂制成圆形小颗粒，再筛选成各种不同大小的粒径。

1，预发泡--桦正EPS采用蒸汽加热，一般而言，可分成批式预发泡和连续式预发泡。

2，中间置存--预发泡粒子存放在通风之处，让空气慢慢渗入粒子里面，并使预发泡粒子干燥。

3，成型--将预发泡粒子注入模具内，蒸汽加热至115-130℃，粒子会再度膨胀并结合在一起。

"HUA JENG EPS"EXPANDABLE POLYSTYRENE is produced by suspension

polymerization,charged blowing agent and classified into

different bead size.

1,prefoaming-HUA JENG EPS can be heated by steam, in a batch or a continuous operation.

2,Aging-The prefoamed beads are stored in ventilated area.Let air diffuse into the cells,and dry the prefoamed beads.

3,Molding-The prefoamed beads are filled into molds and heated to about 115-130℃,They undergo further expansion and fuse together.

包装：25公斤装于pp编织淋膜牛皮纸袋，内套不透气袋。

      625公斤或者700公斤装于太空包装袋，内套不透气袋。

Packing:

Products weighed 25kg shall be packed in Woven bag lined with gastight bag.

Products weighed 620kg or 700kg shall be packed in Woven bag lined with gastight bag.

储存：储存处所应置于室内阴凉通风处，不可日暴雨淋，以防止发泡剂流失，保持温度在20℃以下，越低越佳。且应保持空气流通，绝对远离火源，火气以及电气场所，以保安全。产品一经打开包装，请尽速使用，并应掌握先进先用原则，以保持原料新鲜。

Storage:

Products shall be stored in the indoor cool place with good ventilation without exposing to the elements thus preventing

the blowing agent from being lost.

The storage temperature shall be maintained below 20℃，the lower the better.

Once products are opened,shall used as soon as possible.Products shall be issued on "first in first out"basis to maintain

freshness.

使用注意事项：因为发泡级聚苯乙烯的颗粒既小又滑，若不慎掉落地面，应立即清扫干净，以避免人员误踩而跌倒。本产品不具毒性。
