操作和组装淮安SKF轴承时应小心。滚轴、滚道表面和边缘不得损坏。如果滚道表面出现深槽,或滚动元件受到冲击或变形,受损区域附近的金属将相应增加。当滚动部件通过这些受损表面时,它们将产生高应力并导致局部过早剥落。切槽和深痕的直接影响是使轴承粗糙,引起振动和噪音。
Care should be taken when operating and assembling Huaian SKF bearings. Rollers, raceway surfaces and edges shall not be damaged. If a deep groove appears on the raceway surface, or the rolling element is impacted or deformed, the metal near the damaged area will increase accordingly. When rolling components pass through these damaged surfaces, they will generate high stress and cause local premature spalling. The direct effect of grooving and deep marks is to roughen the bearing and cause vibration and noise.
