陶粒简介
陶粒,顾名思义,就是陶质的颗粒。陶粒的外观特征大部分呈圆形或椭圆形球体,但也有一些仿碎石陶粒不是圆形或椭圆形球体,而呈不规则碎石状。陶粒形状因工艺不同而各异。它的表面是一层坚硬的外壳,这层外壳呈陶质或釉质,具有隔水保气作用,并且赋予陶粒较高的强度。陶粒的外观颜色因所采用的原料和工艺不同而各异。焙烧陶粒的颜色大多为暗红色、褐红色,也有一些特殊品种为灰黄色、灰黑色、灰白色、青灰色等。因为生产陶粒的原料很多,陶粒的品种也很多,因而颜色也就很多。免烧陶粒因所用固体废弃物不同,颜色各异,一般为灰黑色,表面没有光泽度,不如焙烧陶粒光滑。
轻质性是陶粒许多优良性能中较重要的一点,也是它能够取代重质砂石的主要原因。陶粒的内部结构特征呈细密蜂窝状微孔。这些微孔都是封闭型的,而不是连通型的。它是由于气体被包裹进壳内而形成的,这是陶粒质轻的主要原因。
陶粒的细小颗粒部分称为陶砂,在陶粒中有许多小于5�1�7�1�7L的细颗粒,在生产中用筛分机将这部分细小颗粒筛分出来,习惯上称之为陶砂,陶砂的密度略高,化学和热稳定性好,陶砂主要用于代替天然河砂或山砂配制轻集料混凝土、轻质砂浆,也可作耐酸、耐热混凝土细集料,主要品种有黏土陶砂页岩陶砂和粉煤灰陶砂等,使用陶砂的目的也是为降低建筑物自重,陶砂也可用于无土栽培和工业过滤。
陶粒分类
一、粘土陶粒
粘土陶粒是一种陶瓷质地的人造颗粒。以黏土、亚黏土等为主要原料,经加工制粒,烧胀而成的,粒径在5mm以上的轻粗集料称为黏土陶粒。粘土陶粒其本质经济实用、节能环保,具有轻质、强度高、吸水率低、隔热保温、抗冻耐腐蚀等特点,大量应用于配制高层建筑结构砼、屋面找坡、保温隔热、污水处理、园林绿化、无土栽培等领域。
二、页岩陶粒
页岩陶粒是以页岩、板岩等经破碎、筛分,或粉磨后成球,烧胀而成的粒径在5mm以上的轻粗集料为页岩陶粒;粒径小于5mm的轻细骨料称为页岩陶砂。页岩陶粒按工艺方法分为:经破碎、筛分、烧胀而成的普通型页岩陶粒;经粉磨、成球、烧胀而成的圆球形页岩陶粒。页岩陶粒是目前一种节能材料,它具有体积轻、抗压强度高、导热系数低、无辐射、耐腐蚀、吸水率低、隔音、保温、耐火、抗冻、防腐等特点。
三、建筑陶粒
陶粒混凝土已广泛应用于工业与民用建筑的各类型预构件和现浇混凝土工程中(如预应力和非预应力的、承重结构或围护的、隔热或抗渗的,静载或动载的)。陶粒还可应用于管道保温、炉体保温隔热、保冷隔热和隔音吸声等其他建筑材料。亦可用作农业和园林中的无土基床材料及滤水材料。
四、生物陶粒
生物陶粒是一种新型的生物膜载体滤料,具有质轻,比表面积大、吸附能力强等优点。适用于各种形式的滤池滤罐。与石英砂相比,比表面积为同体积石英砂的2-3倍,孔隙率为石英砂的1.3-2.0倍。与砂滤池比较,平均滤速高(20-25m/h),产水量大,过滤周期长,冲洗频率小,冲洗强度低。是选用天然吸附材料和矿物质,经科学设计配方高温烧结精筛等工序加工而成。该滤料具有比重轻,空隙率高,表面性状好,滤速高,使用寿命长,反冲洗耗水量低,生物繁殖快等特点,是一种节约能耗的实用新型滤料。
陶粒特点
1、表面多微孔,比表面积大,适合各类微生物的生长,在其表面能形成稳定的、高活性的生物膜,处理出的水水质高。
2、滤料层孔隙分布均匀,克服了因滤料层孔隙分布不均匀而引起的水头损失大,易堵塞、板结的缺陷。
3、密度适中且均匀,反冲洗容易进行,能耗低,反冲洗中不跑料。克服了反冲洗难于控制和跑料的缺陷。
4、采用很好的粒径级配,纳污能力强,滤料利用率高,水头损失增加缓慢,运行周期长,产水量大。
5、 强度大、耐摩擦,物理、化学稳定性高,寿命长等。为无机惰性材料高温烧成,长期浸泡不会向水体释放任何物质,无二次污染。
6、规模化生产,价格便宜。加工制作过程中,在生产的各个环节,严格从粒径、均匀度、级配、密度、粒子形状、酸可溶率、孔隙率、比表面积、耐摩擦等各个方面进行把关,确保质量。目前已广泛应用于市政污水、各种工业废水及污水深度处理方面。

陶粒用途
