Function: It is suitable for all position welding of pipeline, cylinder and tank by GMAW/FCAW-GS/ GTAW welding processes. It is suitable for automatic welding of various bevel design, there are three types of bands/tracks available.

功能：可用于管道、筒体、罐体全位置焊接，适合GMAW/FCAW-GS/GTAW三种焊接工艺；满足多种坡口形式的自动焊接,有三种不同的焊接轨道选择。

Configuration：Welding head, adapter, external type wire feeder, welding torch, portable panel, control cables, welding power source (optional)

配置：焊接小车、适配器、外置送丝装置、焊枪、手持遥控器、控制线缆；焊接电源（根据客户工艺需要选配）

The system is operated via portable panel to reduce welder’s labor strength.

Wide adjustable range of chassis of the welding head, it’s possible to realize all position welding of pipeline, cylinder and tank if various bands/tracks are installed.

It is designed with built-in welding expert database, available to call corresponding welding parameters according to access level.

Parameters can be called via portable panel to realize smooth transition of welding parameters of each pass and precise all position welding.
