性状

本品为白色粉末。无臭，但有苦味。比重1.42。溶于乙醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯，难溶于石油醚、二氯甲烷，不溶于四氯化碳、苯及水中。贮存安定性良好，为不污染的第二防老剂。

Properties

White powder. No smell but taste bitter. The density is 1.42. Soluble in alcohol, acetone, ethyl acetate, slightly soluble in petroleum ether, CH2Cl2, insoluble in CCl4, benzene and water. Good stabilization storage ability. As second antioxidant without posion.

用途

本品用作天然橡胶、二烯类合成橡胶及乳胶的抗氧剂，也可用于聚乙烯。对氧、天候老化及静态老化等具有防护效能，也能较有效地防护铜害和克服制品硫化时过硫引起的不良作用。本品可单独使用，也可与其他防老剂（如DNP、AP及其他非污染性防老剂）并用，可获得明显的协同效果。本品在橡胶中易分散，在日光下不变色，略有污染性。单独使用时用量一般为1-1.5份，当用量超过2份时，会产生喷霜现象。在乳胶泡沫橡胶中的用量为0.5份。因本品有苦味，不宜用于食品接触的橡胶制品中。

A non-staining secondary antioxidant for NR, CR, SBR, NBR and EPR etc. Especially effective against heat oxidation in combination with amine.

贮存

应储存在阴凉干燥、通风良好的地方。包装好的产品应避免阳光直射，有效期2年。

Storage

The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validity is 2 years.
