• 造纸助留助滤剂是一种水溶性支链结构的有机高分子聚合物，流动性好，溶解速度快。造纸助留助滤剂的作用是增大纸浆上网时的留着率，增强滤水性，从而增加纸产量，减少能耗，利于抄纸。并且还有增强干纸强的效能，由于出水中细小纤维及填料量减少了也减轻了废水处理的负载。这不仅对于用木浆造纸，还是用废纸造纸中，都有显著的经济效能。 　　 性能特点 　　对细小纤维和填料（碳酸钙、二氧化碳和高岭土等）有优良的助留作用，节浆明显。 　　降低白水浓度，改善原料得率和白水回收效率。 　　可保持湿部化学条件稳定，改善成纸匀度和纸张物理性质。　　　 　　强化滤水，降低成形，压榨和干燥过程的脱水能耗。　　　 　　适用于酸性、中性和弱碱性造纸系统的高效助留助滤剂。 本产品是吸收国外先进生产经验，使用进口原料，经过大量实验，反复摸索研制成功。该助剂属共聚型季铵盐阳离子有机高分子化合物，为高浓液状，是目前国际上又一代新型造纸助剂。 （一）、产品特点 1、有效浓度高，比其它液状助剂有效浓度高10-15倍； 2、流动性好，溶解简单、迅速，且无块状、颗粒状，因此加药操作非常简单，可实现全部加药自动化； 3、不含油剂、表面活性剂，且无二次公害，不易爆，不易燃； 4、适应性强，在广泛的PH值范围内有效，不受其他盐类影响； 5、广泛适用于纸浆及各种型号造纸机上生产各类纸种。 （二）、产品功效 1、显著提高细小纤维和填料的留着率，降低浆耗； 2、显著降低网下白水浓度，减少细小纤维和填料流失，降低白水污染负荷； 3、改善施胶，一定程度上降低松香胶，硫酸铝用量； 4、提高浆料滤水性，增加湿强度；利于提高纸机车速，增加产量。 （三）、产品性能 项目 指标 外观 乳白色液体 PH值 4～7 密度(g/cm3) 1.10-1.22 固含量(%) ≥30 表观粘度(mpa.s) ＜500 0.5%粘度(mpa.s) ≥70 阳离子密度（mol/g） 0.95-1.15 (四)、产品特点 　　本产品为白色略带苦杏仁味液体，由于产品的高分子物质以微米级粒径悬浮于分散介质中，从而使得产品中的有效成分浓度在15%以上。另外由于高聚物以小的微粒形式存在，互不粘着，因此可方便迅速地稀释到使用浓度而不存在结块现象。产品不具有任何刺激性气味。在较低温度下仍具有良好的流动性。 （五）、使用方法 1、在稀释罐中注入半罐清水后，开启搅拌，缓缓加入本助剂，同时注入清水至适量。 2、搅拌20-30min后，经流量计计量连续加入抄纸系统中。 （六）、注意事项 1、应根据不同的原料及工艺要求调节加药量（建议0.6-0.8kg/吨纸）。 2、原助剂的存储条件应在0℃——30℃，注意防水。 3、稀释前应将原剂摇动使之混合均匀。 4、助剂稀释后存放时间＜3天。 5、助剂稀释浓度≤3‰。 二、产品的作用机理 （一）分子构象： 本产品属于阳离子线性聚合物，分子链中含有较强的阳离子性季铵盐基团，是一种水溶性的线性高分子，分子量在300-800万并可调节。由于分子链中带有多个正电荷的季铵盐基团，它与纤维之间的结合能力较强。而且，产品的合成是采用适当比例的阳离子型单体与非离子型的单体进行共聚，因而在分子链中阳离子基团分布均匀。 （二）在抄纸过程中的作用机理 1、作助流剂的反应机理有三种； （1）、表面电荷中和。纸浆加填料均带阴电荷，加入阳离子乳液型造纸助剂助留后，可中和降低电位，当电位接近零时，形成微絮聚； （2）、镶嵌结合。由于本产品表面阳电荷的静电，可以吸引表面仍为阴电荷的纸浆和填料粒子； （3）、桥联结合。产品的分子量很大，有足够长度的分子链，可使纤维与多个固体细料发生桥联，从而相互产生絮聚。 2、在造纸助留助滤中的作用 （1）、纤维表面的细纤维由于电荷中发生收缩纤维的比表面下降，结合水量减少致使对流体的阻力减少； （2）、由于纤维与固体细料絮聚，从而减少了湿纸层间微孔结构的堵塞，增加了纸张的渗透性能。 （三）产品的经济效益 本产品自投放市场以来，以其效果显著和质量稳定在全国得到了广泛的推广，尤其在山东省内部分厂家得到较好的应用，给企业带来了明显的经济效益。 （四）经济效益表现为； 1、降低网下的白水浓度，这一方面减少了细小纤维和填料及胶料的流失，有效的提高造纸得率，降低成本；另一方面，又大大减轻白水负荷，降低后序处理费用。 2、提高填料留着率。由此带来的填料用量降低，同时又能降低浆耗，节约成本。 3、湿增强。减少湿部断头，既可稳定提高产量，同时又可适当提高车速增加产量。
