本二合一机是专用于瓶装酱料的灌装封盖作业,因为酱料的流动性较差、还含有一定的颗粒,所以普通的灌装方式不太适用,要特制的阀和活塞缸才能胜任,本机采用的就是专为酱料而开发的转阀,活塞采用回旋倒置挂缸式,完全可以适应高速产能的酱料企业的灌装需求,为了减少二次污染,本机采用灌装封盖-体机型式,大大提高了生产效率,符合食品GMP要求,后期维护与清洗也非常方便,本机料缸自带搅拌机构、是酱料生产企业理想的生产设备。
