整机特性：
1. 体积小、重量轻、焊机、焊枪都可移动，在结构上破除了老式焊机的固定电极臂旧模式，采用2m长通水焊接电缆并配有手持式点焊枪，操作灵活，能深入产品内部及特殊部件进行焊接。
2. 全铜芯变压器，采用进口硅钢片。因此，主变压器功耗小，各型空载电流小。
3. DN3系列点焊机主回路均采用可控硅无触点开关，电路关断时间快、准确、可靠。焊接时间可通过定时精确调节，焊接重复性好，且维修方便，可实现高品质焊接。
4. 焊接范围一般为0.3—3.5mm低碳钢、可焊接碳钢、不锈钢、铁皮,铜片等多种金属及合金。广泛用于钢制家具，不锈钢制品，防盗门生产，厨房设备及钢丝网片补焊等。
