Brief Introduction                                                                      

The product is made from nano zinc oxide doped aluminum oxide powder, which can endure high temperature, about 1975℃. It has similar property as ITO powder, thus it can also be applied in transparent heat insulation, transparent conductive fields, but with cost-effective performance.

Used for production of sputtering target, depositing conductive film by evaporation;

Dispersed into water or other solvents, and mixed with resin or paint.
