All main components are Meehanite 
licensed casting with hardness HB180-220
of raw material. It is heavy ribbed 
throughout for excellent mechanical 
stability. (see Fig. 23-24 for X/Y/Z axes 
construction) The body has been treated 
dynamically stress released. The 
guideways are hardened and ground
(hardness HRC52). And the opposite ways 
are with low friction pads plated.
