罗斯蒙特3300导波雷达液位计是第一个采用回路供电的液位与界面变送器。由一台装置产生多变量(Multivariable?)输出从而减少过程贯穿并降低安装成本。
直接液位测量无需对温度、压力、密度、介电性能或导电性能方面的变化进行补偿。
液位与界面的测量从根本上消除了粉尘、蒸汽、干扰障碍物与湍流的影响。甚至适用于体型微小或奇形怪状的储罐 测量。
本质安全与隔爆性能使其适用于危险场所的液位与界面测量。
微机设置软件配有安装导向便于轻松组态。
测量原理
罗斯蒙特3300导波雷达液位计采用时域反射测量(TDR)技术。利用浸入过程介质的探杆引导低功率毫微秒微波脉冲。当雷达脉冲抵达具有不同介电常数的介质时,部分能量被反射回变送器。发射脉冲(参考脉冲)与反射脉冲之间的时间差被换算成距离,由此计算出总体液位或界面位置。反射强度取决于被测产品的介电常数。介电常数越高,反射强度越大。变送器采用动态增益优化(Dynamic GainOptimization? )技术,这就是说,变送器可以自动调整增益,从而在各种应用场合都可达到最高信噪比。此项技术增加了测量的可靠性和运行性能。
