疏浚管道用途
疏浚管道应用于将材料输送到区域。有不同的材料类型的管道可供选择。而传统的管道都是由钢管和浮子组成,现在HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)、UHMW(超高分子量)等管材也已经被广泛应用,这也取决于需要运输的材料。管道一般通过法兰连接,通过螺栓将法兰部件连接在一起,操作非常简便。

Use of dredged pipe
The dredging pipe shall be used to convey the material to the designated area. There are different types of materials available for piping. Traditional pipes are made of steel tubes and floats, and pipes such as HDPE (high-density polyethylene) and UHMW (ultra high molecular weight) are now widely used, depending on the material to be transported. The pipes are normally flanged and bolted together with Farlane elements for easy operation. As one of the pioneers in the field, Batt went through a difficult trial and error process before getting the best design mix, and it was with that experience that we now have enough experience to offer the most reasonable solution.
滚塑工艺的特点是:
1. 滚塑产品边缘强度好,滚塑可以实现产品边缘的厚度超过5个毫米,彻底解决中空产品边缘较薄的问题;
2,滚塑可以安置各种镶嵌件;
3,滚塑产品的形状可以非常复杂,且厚度超过5个毫米;
4,滚塑可以生产全封闭产品;
5,滚塑产品可以填充发泡材料,实现保温。
6,无须调整模具,滚塑产品的壁厚可以自由调整(2mm以上)。
7,产品中空无缝,但可以调整壁厚,使产品具高强度。
8,可提供多种表面花纹处理,生产各种颜色制品,可作防紫外线抗老化处理,作多种石质,木质仿真效果。
