清洗工艺：

振动上料→酸腐槽→中间快速输送绞龙→喷淋水洗槽→喷淋超声水洗槽→喷淋超声水洗槽→喷淋超声波清洗槽→风刀切液→下料；

设备特点：

1、绞龙转速可调，有效保证了各槽清洗时间；

2、上液方式为自动上液，实现了真正意义上的自动化；
