系统满足GB9656 《机动车玻璃安全技术规范》和GBT5137.1-2020《汽车安全玻璃实验方法第1部分:力学性能实验》的要求。

此款仪器设备评价在常温下大型钝物冲击下塑料或玻璃材料的低强度和破碎状态,并用计算的 HIC(头部损伤水平)值来评估颅脑伤害的危险。
Ø 结构
人头模型冲击试验机由测试架、电磁释放器、样品框、人头模型和控制系统组成,控制系统为电机传动,自动上升下降;

The headform impact test system with deceleration measurement is used to evaluate the low strength and fracture state of plastic or glass materials under the impact of large blunt objects at room temperature, and the calculated HIC (head injury level) estimation is used to evaluate the risk of craniocerebral injury.
The system meets the requirements of gb9656 "technical specification for safety of motor vehicle glass" and gbt5137.1-2020 "test methods for automotive safety glass part 1: mechanical property test".
