用途：KY-86是一款通用型的防老剂，适于氯丁橡胶（CR）,天然橡胶（NR）,异戊橡胶（IR），顺丁橡胶（BR），丁苯橡胶（SBR）,三元乙丙橡胶（EPDM）以及它们的混合体。它对热氧、臭氧、动态疲劳具有长期且有效的拮抗作用，而且也可以很好的抵抗橡胶毒物的影响。本品极易溶于橡胶、油类以及有机溶剂（如丙酮，甲苯，苯，氯仿等），微溶于水和醇类。

 

贮存：密封储存在阴凉，干燥。通风良好的地方，避免阳光直射。

 

包装：复合袋包装或桶装，净重25KG；也可以按客户要求进行包装。

 

Applications: Antioxidant ky-86 is antidegradant for universal application especially for rubber goods based on CR as well as on NR,IR,BR.SBR.NBR.EPDM and their combinations.It protects effectively and for a long time against influences of oxygen,heat and dynamic fatigue action.It provides also good protection against rubber poisons.The vulcanizates are being coloured by light influence just very slightly,therefore it is possible to use it in light compounds.It does not cause contact colouring.KY-86 does not bloom even at high dosage..It does not influence the basic physico-mechanical properties of vulcanizates,Its volatility is very low,Antidegradation effetiveness can be significantly increased by combination with imidazoles,phenols or phosphites(heat and thermooxidative resistance)or p-phenylenediamines(ozone resistance).KY-86 is also applicable as stabilizer for plastivs,lubricants,oils and other substractes.

 

 

Storage:   Store closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

Packing  Coextruded paper bags lined with polyethylene film bags-Net weight 25 kg /Carton-Net weight 25kg.                   This product could also be packed according to customer's needs.
