1. Piston potion Disassembling (parts #4 - #13) • Turn #13 Liquid Volume Adjuster counterclockwise to remove it, being careful not to let #9 Piston Spring pop out. • Pull #19 Piston Set straight out, or if this is difficult, apply air from an air duster into the Air inlet while covering the back portion with your hand so that #19 Piston Set does not fly out, and then it can be easily taken out. 2. Air Cap, Nozzle Disassembling (parts #1 - #2)
• Turn #1 Air Cap's Ring Nut counterclockwise to remove #1 Air Cap straight.
• Turn #2 Liquid Nozzle counterclockwise with #20 Spanner (specially designed) to remove it. Do not use plier
which damages the nozzle.
• To reassemble, reverse the order of the above steps. Fully tighten #2 Liquid Nozzle with #20 Spanner,
otherwise, intermittent spraying may be caused by intrusion of air into the liquid passage through a gap.
