GD系列全自动超声波无纺布包装机包装机是我公司自行研制开发的立式、电脑控制间歇式包装机。根据客户需要，封口可以制成三边封或背封等形式。它可自动完成制袋、计量、充填、封合、打印生产日期、易撕口、切断、计数等全过程。

适用范围

适用于医药、化工产品中的松散、无粘性、细小颗粒状物料的自动包装：如： 活性炭、木炭、中药颗粒、颗粒药物、中草药粉、香熏、香料、沐足产品等。超声波冷封无纺布包装机采用冷封针对一些不能进行热封的包装材料顺利的封合完整，该机设计双列，在切刀加装控制挂挡功能，可以选择一次出料两袋切断，另外可以挂挡之后选择一次出料四袋切断

机器描述

1、该机适用于干燥剂自动包装成袋，由上料装料斗、分料器、自动冷封切断部份、控制箱结合为整体，机器外观大体为如图，操作方便，质量良好，安全耐用。

2、 中文显示屏控制系统、只需在可显示的设置单元设定所需要参数（充填量袋长等）控制系统则自动优化匹配各动作配合，从而达到最佳包装速度。

3、 良好的电子色标控制系统，自动准确跟踪包装膜上的光标，使成袋获得完整美观的图标。

4、在切刀加装控制挂挡功能，可以选择一次出料两袋或多袋切断，自动包装机可以在包装过程中自动完成计量、制袋、充填、封口、切断、计数、打印字码等全部工作。

5、  步进电机控制，该系统具有精确度高，无需调整其它部件可改变制袋长度，且准确无误。

6、包装纸部分采用自重式电机压纸送纸结构，包装纸送纸长度增加一倍，制袋平整不错边。

7、 封口形式为超声波冷封，适合于无纺布包装材料，封口整齐完美牢固。

8、 售后服务： 设备一年保修，终身受用。

全自动特点

1、无极调速：包装速度在一定范围内可以无级调整，达到与制袋、充填、封合、切断环节最佳匹配，使包装过程稳定可靠。

2、袋长可在额定范围内任意设定，步进电机驱动，拉袋稳定可靠，速度可选定。

3、在包装膜有色标定位标志时，制袋过程可实现光电自动检测、定位、封合、切断，保证了制袋图案完整。

设备合格的条件：设备做好后，立即在我司安装调试，设备包装出客户指定的样包，设备做好后供方拍设备工作视频予需方确认合格或需方派人到我司现场确认设备合格，设备定为合格。

付款方式：50%预付，供方购买生产设备所需之材料，设备做好经需方确认设备合格后，需方付清余款 ，供方打包设备待运。

Machine description
