产品简介：T型钢组、焊、矫三位一体生产线是将切割好的直条钢板按工艺要求自动组立、焊接成T型材的焊接设备。该生产线是由输入机构、主机、矫正机构、输出机构、焊接系统、液压系统、焊烟除尘系统和电气控制系统组成。具有结构紧凑、占地面积小、节约人力及自动化程度高等特点。有普通T型钢生产线和多头T排两种T型材生产设备。适用于造船、冶金、建筑、钢结构等行业。
技术特点：本机采用可编程控制器和变频器对整机进行控制，具有面板与腹板自动对中组立、面板矫形和焊接速度可调等功能。并采用了双丝双弧高速焊接工艺，对工件两侧角缝同时对称焊接，工件焊缝变形小。
T-beam automatic production line

Technical character：Controlled by programmable controller and frequency converter，this machine can perform the centering and assembling of both panel and web automatically，straightening of panel，welding speed adjustment。Adopting double wire，double arc high speed welding technology which ensure the symmetric welding of fillet weld at both side simultaneously with little deformation of work piece。
