Depend on the past successful experience on low-noise roof axial-flow fans, and assimilated the advantage of the congeneric products, our company has developed and consummated the RAS & RAE series low-noise square axial-flow roof fan by taking the new industry design idea, accurate calculating and the repeating experimentation.

   该风机具有效率高、能耗省、噪声低、结构紧凑、运行平稳可靠等显著特点，同时也倡导以人为本的通风新概念，适用于相对清洁空气的送风，并能在恶劣的气候条件下使用免遭雨雪进入风机。

This series fan is in high effiency, low power consumption, low noise, compact structure and steady operation, also it advocates for the people foremost, suitable for clean air delivery, and can be used in the bad weather without suffering from the rain and snow.

   RAS、RAE系列风机机号按叶轮直径分有300、400、500、560、630、710、800、900、1000，共9种规格，风量自1470m3/h至54100m3/h。

RAS, RAE series fan has 9 models according the difference of the impeller diameter: 300、400、500、560、630、710、800、900、1000, the airflow is from 1470m3/h to 54100m3/h.

Products Characteristics

1.风机叶轮：采用CFD流场模拟技术优化设计的“清流系列”叶轮以优质铝合金或优质PP为材料，该叶轮有风量大、噪声低、高效率等特点，配用双向可逆的叶片时，可在同一安装位置下可实现正反双向通风、叶片角度在静态时可根据出风要求任意调节，送、排风兼用。

Fan impeller：Use the “clean stream series” impeller which is optimized by the CFD technology and made up of high quality aluminum alloy and PP, it is in big airflow, low noise and high efficient. Can realize the positive and negative two way ventilation in the same installation position when matched with the two way reversible lamina, the lamina angle can be adjusted according to the venting request when it is in static state, available for venting and sending air.

2.风机配套电机：采用防护等级IP54、绝缘等级F，温升等级B级电机，如配绝缘等级为H级，产品可在280℃/45min高温环境下连续运行，另也可配防爆电机、双速电机和变频电机。

Matched motor：Use the B-class motor with IP54, and isolation class F, when the isolation class is H, the products can be contantly operated under 280℃/45min, also can use the blast proof motor, two-speed motor and frequency conversion motor.

3.风机外壳：采用铝合金制造，本风机整体结构强度按50m/s极端室外风速的条件进行设计。具有较好的抗风能力。

Fan crust：It is made up of aluminum alloy, the whole fan structure intensity is designed according to the extreme outside wind speed under 50m/s, it has a quite good wind resistance ability.

4.风 帽：采用铝合金制造，扁平状流线型、模块化风帽，专利技术，重量轻，强度高，风阻小，通风顺畅。

Funnel cap：It is made up of aluminum alloy, flat ,streamline, modularized,with patent technology, in low weight, high intensity, small wind resistance, suitable for ventilation.

5.风 阀：采用重力自动关闭式或电动驱动启闭式。重力自动关闭式风阀的材质为热镀锌板框架,铝合金百叶；电动驱动启闭式风阀叶片采用铝合金保温型百叶制造，防结露，防气流倒灌，尤其适合北方严寒地区使用。排烟通风二用，可选配排烟防火阀，风机、排烟防火阀均已通过国家消防型式试验。

6.风机过滤网 ：该系列风机进风口配抽取式过滤网，积污后可抽出清洗并重复使用，降低运行成本。

Fan filter netting：The air inlet of this series fan with a removable filter netting, can be took out for cleaning when it is dirty and used again to reduce the operation cost.

8.运转平稳:本风机的转动惯量小，动平衡精度高，平衡精度达到ISO1940标准的G2.5平衡等级水平，整机经过机械性能试验、振动试验和气动性能试验，以保证达到运行平稳、可靠的要求。有效延长风机的使用寿命，降低噪音，减小振动。

Steady operation：This series fan has the small running inertia, high acting balance precision, the balance precision reaches ISO1940 G2.5 level, the whole machine has passed the mechanism, libration and pneumatic control examination, to ensure the steady and reliable operation. It also can extend the life span of the fan, reduce the noise and minish the libration.
