This series fan is widly used for the ventilation of the power plant, chemical plant, rubber plant, mechanism plant and hi-class civil building.

本系列轴流式屋顶风机按叶轮直径分有300、400、500、600、700、800、900、1000、1120、1200、1400、1500、1600、1800、2000、2200、2400共17种规格。

This series fan has 17models according the difference of the impeller diameter: 300、400、500、600、700、800、900、1000、1120、1200、1400、1500、1600、1800、2000、2200、2400.

Products Characteristics

1.风机叶轮：采用CFD流场模拟技术优化设计的“清流系列”以优质铝合金或优质PP为材料，该叶轮有风量大、噪声低、高效率等特点，配用双向可逆的叶片时，可在同一安装位置下可实现正反双向通风、叶片角度在静态时可根据出风要求任意调节，送、排风兼用。

Fan impeller：Use the “clean stream series” impeller which is optimized by the CFD technology and made up of high quality aluminum alloy and PP, it is in big airflow, low noise and high efficient. Can realize the positive and negative two way ventilation in the same installation position when matched with the two way reversible lamina, the lamina angle can be adjusted according to the venting request when it is in static state, available for venting and sending air.

 

2.风机配套电机：用防护等级IP54、绝缘等级F，温升等级B级电机，如配绝缘等级为H级，产品可在280℃/45min高温环境下连续运行，另也可配防爆电机、双速电机和变频电机。

Matched motor：Use the B-class motor with IP54, and isolation class F, when the isolation class is H, the products can be contantly operated under 280℃/45min, also can use the blast proof motor, two-speed motor and frequency conversion motor.

 

3.风机外壳、风帽：采用玻璃钢制造（有消防要求的用钢钢制），本风机整体结构强度按50m/s极端室外风速的条件进行设计，有较好的抗风能力。

Fan crust and funnel cap：It is made up of fiberglass, the whole fan structure intensity is designed according to the extreme outside wind speed under 50m/s, it has a quite good wind resistance ability.

 

4.风 阀：采用重力自动关闭式或电动驱动启闭式。重力自动关闭式风阀材质为玻璃钢或铝合金；电动驱动启闭式风阀叶片采用铝合金保温型百叶制造，防结露，防气流倒灌，尤其适合北方严寒地区使用。排烟通风二用，可选配排烟防火阀，风机、排烟防火阀均已通过国家消防型式试验。

Air valve：Use the gravitational automatic turnoff or electric driving startup and turnoff. The air valve for gravitational automatic turnoff is made up of fiberglass or aluminum alloy, the air valve for electric driving startup and turnoff is made up of aluminum alloy heat preservation leaflet, dew eliminating, prevent from air flow backword, especially suitable for the freezing area. Both for smoke exhaust and ventilation, can be matched with the smoke exhaust fireproof valve, the fan and the fireproof valve all have been proved by national fireproof standard.

 

5.安装维护：风帽移开后即可维护检修。操作简便、灵活。

 Installation and maintenance：Maintain the fan just after remove the funnel cap, it is easy to operate.

6.风口过滤网：该系列送风机进风口配抽取式过滤网，积污后可抽出清洗并重复使用，降低运行成本。

Air inlet filter netting：This series fan has the removable filter netting in the fan inlet, you can take it out for cleaning when it is dirty. This can reduce the cost.

7.运转平稳：本风机的转动惯量小，动平衡精度高，平衡精度达到ISO1940标准的G2.5平衡等级水平，整机经过机械性能试验、振动试验和气动性能试验，以保证达到运行平稳、可靠的要求。有效延长风机的使用寿命，降低噪音，减小振动。

Steady operation：This series fan has the small running inertia, high acting balance precision, the balance precision reaches ISO1940 G2.5 level, the whole machine has passed the mechanism, libration and pneumatic control examination, to ensure the steady and reliable operation. It also can extend the life span of the fan, reduce the noise and minish the libration.
