本系列屋顶风机：①离心式屋顶风机（DWT-Ⅱ），有Φ300-Φ1000 mm九种机号；②离心式屋顶风机（DWT-Ⅲ），直径自Φ280-Φ800 mm，共十种机号。  

This series roof fan: ①centrifugal roof fan（DWT-Ⅱ）, total 9 models between Φ300-Φ1000 mm; ② centrifugal roof fan（DWT-Ⅲ）, total 10 models between Φ280-Φ800 mm.

   本公司还可以按不同参数和特定要求，设计开发特种规格的风机，实现与工程所要求参数的最佳匹配，以达到满足特定工况的要求。

产品特色Products Characteristics

1.风机叶轮：采用CFD流场模拟技术优化设计的“部标系列”叶轮，叶轮的前盘、后盘、叶片经冲压、成型等多道工序加工，结构紧凑且具有风量大、噪声低、高效率等特点。

Fan impeller：Use the “Ministerial standard series” impeller which is optimized by the CFD technology and made up of high quality aluminum alloy, the impeller is processed by pressing and moulding, it is in compact structure, big airflow, low noise and high efficient.

 

2.风机配套电机：用防护等级IP54、绝缘等级F，温升等级B级电机，如配绝缘等级为H级，产品可在280℃/45min高温环境下连续运行，另也可配防爆电机、双速电机和变频电机。

Matched motor：Use the B-class motor with IP54, and isolation class F, when the isolation class is H, the products can be contantly operated under 280℃/45min, also can use the blast proof motor, two-speed motor and frequency conversion motor.

 

3.风机机壳、风帽：采用玻璃钢制造，本风机整体结构强度按50m/s极端室外风速的条件进行设计，有较好的抗风能力。

Fan crust and funnel cap：It is made up of fiberglass, the whole fan structure intensity is designed according to the extreme outside wind speed under 50m/s, it has a quite good wind resistance ability.

 

5.风阀：采用重力自动关闭式或电动驱动启闭式。重力自动关闭式风阀材质为玻璃钢或铝合金；电动驱动启闭式风阀叶片采用铝合金保温型百叶制造，防结露。防气流倒灌，尤其适合北方严寒地区使用。

6.安装维护：风帽移开后即可维护检修，操作简便、灵活。

Installation and maintenance：Maintain the fan just after remove the funnel cap, it is easy to operate.
