【原料和产地】生姜(Zingiber officinale Rosc)新鲜根茎,经清洗、切片、自然晾晒后制成的干姜片为原料,中国山东省地产一级。
【生产工艺】干姜片粉碎,采用超临界CO2萃取技术生产,分子蒸馏精制而成。
【性 状】淡黄色至橙色液体,具有生姜特征香气。
【主要成分】姜烯、β-倍半水芹烯、α-姜黄烯、姜烯酚、β-红没药烯、α-法尼烯等。
【产品特征】100%纯天然生姜提取物,无任何残留和化学添加剂。整个工艺过程在接近常温条件下密闭进行,排除了一些化学成分遇氧氧化及见光反应的可能性,既能提取低沸点的易挥发性成分(单萜烯),也能提取出系列烷烃、有机酸及长链脂肪烃等热不稳定组分及易氧化的成分,完整保留了生姜中的全部香气成分。

【使用说明】
1、本品每克的香气和风味相当于纯原粉50克(1:50)。
2、可直接添加或用乙醇、植物油稀释后使用。依据产品的风味要求添加,参考用量:熟肉制品0.01~0.03%;调味料0.02~0.05%;膨化食品、方便食品及焙烤食品0.005~0.01%;啤酒饮料0.001~0.005%。
3、可与肉桂精油、丁香精油、迷迭香精油等调和使用。
【包装存储】氟化桶包装,净重1kg,10kg,20kg,25kg。也可根据客户要求协商确定。室温避光保存,4℃冷藏更佳,保质期18个月。

INSTRUCTIONS:
The fragrance and taste of per gram of this product is equivalent to 100g pure ginger.
This product can be added directly or dilute with ethanol, vegetable oil. The addition quantity should be choose to best suit the specific application, Reference dose:Cooked Meat 0.005~0.025, Soy Sauce0.01~0.025, Fast food, Puffing food, bake food 0.0025~0.005%, Beer drink 0.0005~0.0025%.
Can be reconciled with cinnamon oil, clove oil, rosemary oil, etc.
