一、产品简介：磺化酚醛树脂为阴离子水溶性聚电解质，是一种耐温抗盐的钻井液降滤失剂，与磺化褐煤、磺化单宁和磺化沥青等共同使用，可以配置“三磺”泥浆体系，是理想的高温深井泥浆体系之一。二、性能用途：SMP磺化酚醛树脂是在苯环单元引入磺酸基，苯环间又以碳原子相连。能够抗高温。又因为苯羟基在邻对位上引进了磺酸钠基-SO3Na，水化作用强、缔合水的键能高，因而又解决了它的水溶性，决定了它抗盐、抗钙、降低高温高压降失水量的作用。磺化酚醛树脂作为深井泥浆处理剂,具有高温高压降失水好、抗盐、抗钙好，降低泥饼磨擦系数等良好性能，对于巩固井壁，防塌、防卡具有重要作用。建议加量1-3%。项目指标SMP-I干剂SMP-II干剂外观自由活动的粉末10%的水溶液颜色为棕色自由活动的粉末10%的水溶液颜色为棕红色干基含量，%≧90．0≧90.0水不溶物，%≦10.0≦8.0动力粘度，MPa.s--浊点盐度（以CL-计）），g/l≧100≧160表观粘度，MPa.s≦25≦50.0高温高压滤失量≦25≦35一、包装运输储存：本产品采用“三合一”袋包装，内衬聚乙烯薄膜袋，每袋净重25kg；储存于阴凉、干燥、通风处。避免与眼睛、皮肤和衣服接触，否则用大量的清水清洗，远离火源
