• 两性离子聚合物降粘剂XY27 一、产品简述 XY27在钻井液中用作降粘剂（或叫絮凝剂）。在它的分子链中引入了一定比例的阳离子、阴离子、非阴离子官能团。由于阳离子基团的存在，大大提高了XY27抑制泥页岩分散、膨胀的能力，并能提高钻井液体系的抑制性。因此，XY27不仅能显著降低钻井液的粘度，而且能使钻井液的粘度保持稳定，表现出较强的抗岩屑污染能力。 二、产品功能 1、加量少，降粘效率高。 2、抑制性强，能抑制泥页岩和钻屑的水化分散。 3、不含铬、对环境无污染。 4、具有较强的抗温、抗盐钙能力。 5、抗饱和盐。抗温≤200℃。 5、适用于膨润土浆、聚合物钻井液及高密度钻井液。 三、性能指标 项目 指标 水分，％ ≤10.0 水不溶物，％ ≤5.0 0.9mm孔径筛余物，％ ≤10.0 表观粘度（10％水溶液），mPa?s ≤15.0 降粘率，％ ≥70.0 160℃热滚后，表观粘度，mPa?s ≤27.5 四、现场应用 XY27可用于各种淡水、海水、饱和盐水低密度钻井液和高粘度钻井液体系中。在中国16个油田5000多口井中的应用表明，XY27不仅能有效降低钻井液粘度，而且能提高钻井液抑制性，与FA367配合使用效果更佳。例如：在新疆安四井中使用了XY27，钻井液比重提高到2.24 后，钻井液流动性好，而且稳定，粘切适中，井浆静止24小时后，上下部密度差为0.01，顺利完井，无任何井下复杂事故。在四川、长庆等油田，在钻穿强水敏性泥页岩井段时，将XY27加量从0.1%提高到0.4%，一方面拆散钻井液网架结构起降粘作用，另一方面XY27作为抑制剂，能有效地抑制泥页岩和钻屑分散，控制地层造浆，防止缩径和钻头泥包，确保井下安全。XY27的使用，能显著降低钻井液中固相含量，明显提高钻井液速度，节约钻井成本。通常加量为0.1-0.3% 五、包装贮存： 本产品采用三合一袋包装，内衬聚乙烯薄膜袋，每袋净重25千克；储存于阴凉、干燥、通风处。
