Ranges of application:Ceramic anilox roll,metal anilox roll and squeegee roll’s deep cleaning.It is also suitable for online cleaning and off-line cleaning.It’s effective for water-based ink,solvent-based inks,UV inks and vamish .What’s more ,it can also be biodegradable.

Instructions for use:

1. On-line cleaning (Shake well before use)

Pour the RC2000 on the surface of Anilox roll.Rotate anilox roll to make the cleaner spread evenly on the anilox roll’s surface.Mtaintain 10 minutes to a few hours according to the anilox roll pollution levels.Then use the machine’s ink supply system to rinse the anilox roll surface with water or alcohol(Don’t use acidic liquid).This process should be repeated weekly to perform in order to avoid clogging of the mesh.

2. Off-line cleaning(Shake well before use)

Put on protective gloves,spread a layer of cleaner on the anilox roll’s surface.Wether to use the stretch film bag according to the anilox pollutionl level.After placeing1 to 48 hours,use the water or alcohol to wipe the cleaner on the surface of the anilox roll(Don’t use acidic liquid).Finally you could use the high-pressure water rinse the anilox roll.If the mesh is severely clogged, repeat the above process.
