●锻炼方法:将尺寸和握力级别适合的握力圈放在手掌中央位置,手指、前臂和手掌同时用力,缓慢捏下握力圈,直至握力圈可移动空间达到极限,放松手指,让握力圈自然舒展;反复抓握20次左右;换手练习,双手各抓握20次为一组,一般应重复10-15组练习。
