玻璃真空夹胶炉FY-ZK-5

该设备的设计比较适合玻璃深加工厂家,可生产夹绢、夹丝、夹装饰纸、夹彩色胶片和透明胶片等工艺的抗冲击性、抗破坏性的安全夹层玻璃和单层强化移门玻璃。其特点是:不需高压釜,操作简单,能耗低,效率高。
二、原理、结构简介:
1.该设备的工作原理是:真空袋在边加热边抽真空的条件下,将玻璃和EVA胶片(也称EN胶片)热合在一起,即形成安全夹层玻璃。
2.本设备主要分为:炉体、电器控制系统、抽真空系统、热循环系统、冷却系统和装卸系统六个部分。炉体采用钢结构,炉内使用两种高档保温材料粘结组合成双重保护。控制系统为智能化温控器,可进行编程全自动和手动完成整个工艺过程。采用高级优质真空泵,硅胶板经久耐用,气密性好。发热装置采用水平热循环系统,使每层真空袋上下表面受热均匀,产品质量高。装卸部分采用电动升降,操作简便,减少工作强度。

The equipment is suitable for the glass
deep processing factory. The machine use EVA film(also called EN film),It can
produce ordinary laminated glass,also other laminared glass made from PC
sheet,PET flake,deorative paper, silk or cloth,color film or metallic wire net.
Its characteristics are: No need to use
autoclave, simple operation, low energy consumption and high efficiency.
Principle and Structture Description:
1.Working principle : Heating and pump air
from vacuum bag, making the glass and EVA film (also called EN film) heat
together, to form a safety laminated glass.
2.The machine is made up by this six
parts:Funrnace body,electric control systerms,vacuum pump,heat
circulation,cooling systems and loading/unloading systems..furnace boby is made
by stainless steel,using two kinds of high quality heat insulating materals.Intlelligentizd
temmpearture controlling system,.The whole process can be completed
automatically or manually..The vauum pump of hight-quality.The heating devie is
advanced , and the upper and lower surface were heated evenly on each floor
vacuum bag,.The loading and unloading part works electricly, easy to be
operated,and reduce intensity.
