一、 设备用途: 该设备在家电玻璃、灯饰玻璃和压铸工艺玻璃行业中广泛应用,通过调整参数高精度地实现不同厚度玻璃的连续热弯和压铸,提高生产效率,节省能源。其特点是:模具制作简单,转型快,用电量小,效率高。
二、 原理、结构简介: 1、该设备的工作原理是:将模具摆好,放好玻璃,从进料口入炉,从出料口出炉,即得到一炉标准的热熔热弯玻璃成品。 2、该设备分为:进料区、加温成型区和出料区,炉体采用钢结构,炉内使用高档保温棉保温砖等保温系统保温。采用微电脑温控仪和可控硅调压模块控制整机的温度,其动力系统采用变频调速。

2, The machine is made up by feed zone, heat forming zone and discharging zone, the furnace is made from steel,Inside the furnace using high-grade cotton insulation ,insulation bricks and other insulation systems. Using Microcomputer temperature controller, its power system with frequency control.
