全自动玻璃喷砂机FY-PS
该设备主要用于平板玻璃的喷砂工艺和雕刻工艺，可全自动和手动操作，采用 PLC控制。喷砂的高度和宽度可以通过控制系统调整参数，达到不同的生产需求。配有除尘系统，基本达到无尘加工。

Vacuum Glass Laminated Furnace FY-Zk-2
Usage:
The equipment is suitable for the glass deep processing factory. The machine use EVA fil(also called EN film),It can produce ordinary laminated glass,also ather laminared glass made from PC sheet,PET flake,deorative paper, silk or cloth,color film or metallic wire net.
Its characteristics are: No need to use autoclave, simple operation, low energy consumption and high efficiency.
Principle and Structture Description:
1.Working principle : Heating and pump air from vacuum bag, making the glass and EVA film (also called EN film) heat together, to form a safety laminated glass.
2.The machine is made up by six parts:Funrnace body,electric control systerms,vacuum pump,heat circulation,cooling systems and loading/unloading systems..furnace boby is made by stainless steel,using two kinds of high quality heat insulating materals.Intlelligentizd temmpearture controlling system,.The whole process can be completed automatically or manually..The vauum pump of hight-quality.The heating devie is advanced , and the upper and lower surface were heated evenly on each floor vacuum bag,.The loading and unloading part works electricly, easy to be operated,and reduce intensity.
