玻璃清光盆热熔炉

一、设备用途： 该设备可生产连体全透明洗手盆（清光盆），自动恒温提高了产品的合格率，能耗低，操作简单，深受深加工厂家的欢迎。

二、设备原理、结构简介：

1．该设备的工作原理是：将玻璃放入炉体内进行加温，在上区温度进入某一恒定值后开启下区发热丝，让玻璃迅速软化成型，达至定位点后停止加热，保温16小时之后，即可得到一炉完整的连体清光盆。

2．该设备分为上控温区和下控温区两个控温部分，炉盖开启采用电动升降。炉体为钢结构，炉内使用高档保温棉、纤维板等组成多重保护，模具为进口保温棉制作，上区控温采用可编程温控仪表，可根据工艺要求进行温度曲线控制，下区控温为智能化仪表，具有PID控制功能。上加热区为高档石英管加热，下区为进口发热丝加热，

4．生产速度及时间：用电加温时间为4.5小时,降温时间为16小时，A型一炉可生产两个全透明洗手盆；B型一炉可生产四个全透明洗手盆；C型一炉可生产八个全透明洗手盆。

Heat the glass in furnace body.When the top temperature reach the appropriate value,heat from the below.When glass is forming ,cool for 16 hours.you can get a finished transparant glass washbasin.

Structure Description

The machine is made up by upper and lower temperature zone .The platform rises and down automatically by electricty. The furnace body is made from steel.,Inside the furnace use high-grade cotton and fiber, to form a double protection. The temperature is controlled dintelligently with PID controller. The top heating zone is made from high-grade quartz tube, the lower zone is made from import heating wire.
