Scale, Glass (CHROME)

These extremely accurate MICRORULES are ideally suited for direct measurement of two dimensional parts and axial calibration of Optical Measuring Systems that would normally require extensive setup and expensive capital equipment.
The MICRORUlE English/Metric patterns are formed in very durable, double layer chrome deposited on select .225" (5.7mm) thick, soda lime glass. The glass is fully supported by low reflection aluminum extrusion side rails and end caps to protect the glass from damage during normal shop use.
The dual English/metric scale pattern allows the user to accurately extrapolate measurements to a fraction of the smallest pision on either scale.
Scale patterns are in direct contact with the film or part being measured and the measurements are taken directly by the user through the viewing magnifiers. Therefore, there are no off~scale

One 20X magnifier is provided on the 6"/152mm MICRORUlE with .001"/ .025mm pision, and one 12X magnifier is provided on the other 6"/152mm MICRORULE. Two 12X magnifiers are provided 6" (152mm) on the 12"/305mm, 25"/634mm and 40"/1016mm MICRORULES. This allows the user to recheck two set points without touching the work surface, the part, or moving anything on the MICRORULE.
