用途与简介：GDZR型真空均质乳化机是引进德国先进技术，根据化妆品、药膏类产品的制膏工艺而专门设计的，本机组由预处理锅、真空乳化搅拌锅、真空泵、液压系统、倒料系统、电器控制系统、工作平台等部分组成。
本机组适用于化妆品厂、药厂的膏、霜类产品的生产，尤其对基质粘度大，固料含量比较高的物料乳化配置更显功效。
Brief Introduction:Introduced the advanced technology from Germany,we specially design the GDZRpaste(cream) homegenizing emulsifying machine according to the cosmetic & pharmarceutical technique.It consists of pre-phase,vacumm emulsifying phase,vacumm pump,hydraulic pump,material output,electric controlling device,working platform,etc.
It is used for making paste(cream)in cosmetic or pharmaceutic plant,especially for emulisifying high-viscidity material.
特点：
料锅盖为自动升降式，水锅、油锅中的物料通过输送管道可在真空状态下直接吸入乳化锅，出料方式为乳化锅锅体翻转可倾式；
通过电热管对锅夹层内的导热介质进行加热来实现对物料的加温，加热温度任意设定，自动控制
在夹层内接入冷却水即可对物料进行冷却，操作简单、方便，夹层外设有保温层。
均质搅拌与桨叶搅拌可分开使用，也可同时使用。物料微粒化、乳化、混合、调匀、分散等可于短时间内完成。
与物料接触部位采用优质不锈钢,符合GMP规范。
Automatically lift and descend for the pot cover,the stuff in the water pot and oil pot can be inhaled into emulsify pot through the duct at the vacuum status,the discharge way is emulsify pot overturning and toppling over.
It heats theheat-conducting medium in the pot band by the electrical heated tube to raise the tempreture of the stuff. Tempreture can be setup willfully and controlled automatically.
The stuff can be chilled by the cooling water inserted into the pot band,easy operation,there is the insulating layer out of the band.
The homogeneity stir and the paddle stir can be used not only separately,but also jointly. The stuff can be emulsified,mixed,homogenized,dispersed in short time.
The material touched with the stuff is 316 good stainless steel,fit GMP norm.
