Gap Pad 1500R和Gap Pad 1500一样,都是由高贴服性,低模量的聚合物构成,增强玻璃纤维容易进行原材料的处理以及提高抗刺破,抗剪切的抗撕裂能力。材料两侧的黏胶特性使其在两个表面之间具有很好的适应性以至进一步减少热阻。
典型应用
电信通讯、电脑及外围设备、功率转换器、RDRAM存储模块和芯片、需要传热的框架,底盘或者其他热传导器的区域
