WX-988-1型钢铁中温磷化剂

一、用途

本品为锌系磷化，主要用于钢铁零部件的最终防腐处理，也可用于汽车、农机、电冰箱、洗衣机、防盗门等涂装底层处理。

四、工艺说明

使用时将本品与水按1：8（容积比）加水稀释为工作液，并且每升工作液加0.4~0.6克亚硝酸钠，搅拌均匀后升温至60~70°C即可使用，磷化时间10~15分钟。新配工作液要经过磷化合格后方可批量生产。

1．测试：取工作液5毫升于250毫升三角瓶中，加蒸馏水50毫升，滴2滴甲基橙指示剂，用0.1N氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定至橙黄色即为终点，此时所消耗的0.1N氢氧化钠毫升乘2数为Fa；然后再滴4~5滴酚酞指示剂，继续用0.1N氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定至出现红色即为终点，此时所消耗的0.1N氢氧化钠总毫升数乘2为Ta。

2．最佳工作状态：Fa：4.5~9.0，Ta：45~90，酸比(Ta/Fa)：10~15，酸比12为最佳。使用温度：60~70°，处理时间：10~15分钟。

3．调整：

4．根据处理量的多少，数个工作日后，在升温前清理槽内底部的沉淀物，不得将该沉淀物直接倒入下水道，应将其放置于指定地方晾干再行处理。
