WX-988-5型钢铁件高温磷化剂
一、用途
本品为锰系磷化,适用于汽车、摩托车、船舶等高速运转的零部件减磨自润滑功能膜层处理,以及工具、刀具及要求较高的标准件耐磨、耐腐蚀膜层处理。
二、特点
本品生成的磷化膜细腻,晶粒呈半球状、润滑性好,防腐能力强。

四、工艺说明
使用时将本品与水按1:10(容积比)加水稀释为工作液,搅拌均匀后升温至95~98°C即可使用,磷化时间15分钟。新配工作液要经过试磷化合格后方可批量生产。
1.测试:取工作液5毫升于250毫升三角瓶中,加蒸馏水50毫升,滴2滴甲基橙指示剂,用0.1N氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定至橙黄色即为终点,此时所消耗的0.1N氢氧化钠毫升数乘2为Fa;然后再滴4~5滴酚酞指示剂,继续用0.1N氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定至出现红色即为终点,此时所消耗的0.1N氢氧化钠总毫升数乘2为Ta。
2.最佳工作状态:Fa:上海磷化液6~10,Ta:60~70,酸比(Ta/Fa):6~9。
使用温度:95~98°C,处理时间:15~20分钟。
3.调整:当Fa<6或Ta<55时,应补加浓缩液;当Ta>70时补加水;当Fa>9时,补加碳酸钠,每升工作液加0.5克无锡磷化液碳酸钠,Fa降低1个点。
4.注意补充槽内挥发掉的水份;定期清理槽内底部的沉积物。

It is very beneficial to the environment protection. It can dilute by the water of the random ratio, but may diminish coating life.
