工作原理
太阳能路灯工作原理说明:白天太阳能路灯在智能控制器的控制下,太阳能电池板经过太阳光的照射,吸收太阳能光并转换成电能,白天太阳能组件向蓄电池充电,晚上蓄电池组提供电力给LED灯光源供电,实现照明功能。直流控制器能确保蓄电池组不因过充或过放而被损坏,同时具备光控、时控、温度补偿及防雷、反极性保护等功能。
太阳能路灯与市电路灯相比
1、安装对比
太阳能路灯安装时,不用铺设复杂线路,只做一个水泥基座及在1m之内做一个电池坑,用镀锌螺栓固定就可。
市电路灯施工中有复杂的作业程序。首先要铺设电缆,挖沟布管、管内穿线、回填等大量土建施工,消耗大量人力、物力、财力。最后还要进行调试,一旦出现问题,就造成很大消耗。
2、费用对比
太阳能路灯一次行投资、长期收益,由于线路简便,不产生维护费用,不产生昂贵电费。6-7年收回成本,后3-4年节约100多万的电费及维护费用。
市电路灯电费昂贵,线路复杂,需长期不间断的对线路进行检修。特别电压不稳的情况下,钠灯易坏是不可避免的,而随着年限的延长,线路老化、维修费用更是年年递增。
3、安全对比
太阳能路灯由于采用的是12-24V低电压,电压稳定,运行可靠,不存在安全隐患,是生态小区,路政部门理想产品。
市电路灯安全隐患大,人们的生活环境在不断变化的情况下,道路改造、景观工程的施工,供电不正常,水煤气管道的交叉施工等方面带来诸多隐患。

Operating principle
Operating principle description of solar streetlight: under the control of intelligent controller, the solar panel of solar streetlight absorbs solar energy and converts it into electrical energy after sunlight irradiation in the daytime. The solar component charges the battery in the daytime and the battery pack provides electric power for LED light at night to realize lighting function. DC controller can protect the battery pack from over-charge or over-discharge damage, meanwhile, it has the functions of light control, time control, temperature compensation, lightning protection, reverse polarity protection, etc.
Comparison between solar streetlight and utility streetlight
1.Installation contrast
When solar streetlight is installed, it doesn’t need to lay complicated cables. Only making a cement base and a battery pit in one meter’s distance, and then using galvanized bolts to fix is ok.
When utility streetlight is under construction, it will go through complicated operating procedures. First of all, a mass of civil construction work, such as laying cables, trenching and piping layout, pipe threading, backfill, etc. will consume a lot of manpower, materials and financial resources. Finally, debug is necessary, once there is any problem, great consumption will be caused.
2.Cost contrast
Solar streetlight is one-off investment project and has long-term gains. It is without maintenance cost and expensive electric charge due to its simple cables. Its cost will be recovered after 6-7 years and over one million of electric charge and maintenance cost will be saved in the later 3-4 years.
Utility streetlight is with expensive electric charge and its complicated cables need long-term and continuous maintenance. Particularly, it’s inevitable to cause sodium light damage due to unstable voltage. Accompanying with the extension of useful life, cable aging and maintenance cost will increase year by year.
3.Security contrast
Because of adopting 12-24V low voltage, solar streetlight is with stable voltage and reliable operation. Without security risks, it becomes the ideal product for ecological communities and the highway departments.
