Model FA503 Ring Spinning Frame is one of our major products,This machine is used for processing cotton and cotton type synthetic fibers,or their biends Medium length synthetic fibers,up to 65mm can be processed on this machine if a few parts are replaced.

自动化程度高 HIGH AUTOMATION 1.纺纱过程中，任何时候关车，能自动适应停车。 Whenever the frame is required to stop during spinning the frame can stop automatically at a proper position. 2.如需提前落纱，能使钢领板自动下降及适应停车。 If doffer is required in advance.the ring rails will automatically wind down and stop at a proper position. 3.满管后，钢领板自动下降及自动适应停车。 For full bobbins,the ring rails will down to starting position automatically. 4.开车前能使钢领板自动复位。 While starting the machine,the ring rails will reset themselves at starting position automatically. 5.落纱前能自动接通落纱电源。 Before the doffing,the doffer electric source can be connected cutomatically. 6.开车后低速自动切换高速。 After start of machine,the speed is changed from low to high automatically.
